Refund Policy

Workshops: Full refund available if notice is given up to 30 days prior to cancellation. Full credit towards a future workshop will be provided when notice of cancellation is received by the organizer 15-30 days prior to the workshop. No credit or refund will be available within 2 weeks of workshop date. Course registration signifies agreement with the terms of the cancellation policy.

Trainings:  In the event that a student decides to withdrawal from a SPI training program, regardless the reasoning, he/she must submit written notice to SPI; if submitted electronically, it must be from the e-mail address on file. Any discounts for the training awarded to the student will be rescinded.

The student will be refunded based on the following schedule:

• 21 (or more) calendar days prior to the start of the training – The student will receive a full refund, less: the $25.00 application fee.
• 11 – 20 calendar days prior to the start of the training – The student will receive a full refund, less: the $25.00 application fee and a $150.00 cancellation fee.
• 1 – 10 calendar days prior to the start of the training – The student will receive a full refund, less: the $25.00 application fee, a $150.00 cancellation fee, and a $100.00 administration fee.
• During the first one-third (1/3) of the training program – The student will receive a two-thirds (2/3) refund, less: the $25.00 application fee and a $150.00 cancellation fee.
• During the second-third (2/3) of the training program – The student will receive a one-third (1/3) refund, less: the $25.00 application fee and a $150.00 cancellation fee.
• After 2/3 (or more) of the training program – The student will not be entitled to any refund and will be obligated to pay the full price of the program, which constitutes the maximum obligation.
  

All refunds will be paid within thirty (30) days after receipt of cancellation, withdrawal (either voluntarily or involuntarily), or termination.

Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute agrees that if a course is cancelled the student will be entitled to receive a 100% refund of tuition or credit toward another training of the same level.

Students must consult the SPI office before making travel arrangements for a training weekend. In the event that SPI cancels or changes a training date, students will not be reimbursed for any travel costs they have incurred if they did not first confirm the arrangements with the SPI office.
